Pricing
DaDesktop offers four payment options:
- Public cloud (starting at 3 EUR per day)
- Private server (starting at 10 EUR per day)
- Reseller or volume purchasing (starting at 0.1 EUR per day)
-
On premise
Public Cloud
Daily desktop charges begin at 3 EUR per day for a basic Linux configuration with 8GB RAM, 8-core CPU, and 50GB SSD storage.
Increasing resources by 8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 50GB storage adds an extra 3 EUR to the daily cost.
Windows-based desktops incur an additional 1 EUR per day. This is not required if you provide your own license.
Note: The daily rate applies to a 24-hour window starting at midnight local server time.
Private Server
For predictable expenses irrespective of desktop count or resource allocation, you can opt for a dedicated server.
You are then constrained only by the server's total resources, not by desktop units or quantity.

Resellers and high-volume buyers can receive discounts up to 80%.
This model typically suits companies intending to:

- Offer it for resale
-
Purchase in large quantities
On-premise
On-premise deployment is priced at a standard rate of 6 EUR per core.

For Public Cloud and Reseller plans, course billing is directed to the Organization Owner based on users who create desktops during the course period.
Trainers
- If a Trainer is invited to a course, the Organization Owner bears the cost.
- When a Trainer creates the course, they themselves are billed.
-
In short, the Organization owner who established the course is charged for it.
