Training Programs
For Public Cloud and Reseller engagements, course fees are charged to the Organization Owner, calculated based on the number of users who provisioned desktops during the course period.
Instructor Billing Rules
- When an Instructor is invited to a course, the associated Organization Owner is responsible for the charges.
- If an Instructor initiates the course creation, they are personally billed for it.
- In summary, the Organization Owner who created the course bears the billing responsibility.
