Courses
Under both Public Cloud and Reseller models, course billing is attributed to the Organization Owner. The total cost is determined by the number of users who provisioned desktops while the course was active.
Trainer Billing Logic
- When a Trainer joins a course as an invitee, the billing responsibility remains with the Organization Owner.
- Conversely, if the Trainer initiates the course creation, they are responsible for the associated costs.
- In essence, the Organization Owner associated with the course’s creation is the entity charged for it.
