Conducting technical interviews requires a strictly controlled environment. Candidates work within a clean desktop, interviewers observe their actions in real time, and the configuration remains consistent for every participant. DaDesktop provides this environment on demand, eliminating the need for hardware provisioning.

What the environment gives you

• Identical setup for every candidate: Everyone accesses the same tools and begins from the same starting state. This eliminates issues related to varying local machine configurations.
• Isolated from the candidate's own systems: The desktop operates as a separate environment. Candidates work exclusively within this isolated space.
• Reset between candidates: The desktop can be wiped and reset to ensure a clean start. This prevents any leftover files or code from being carried over.

How it works

Each candidate is provisioned with a cloud desktop containing the necessary tools for the task, such as an editor, a terminal, and a browser. The interviewer monitors the session in real time. Once the interview concludes, the desktop is reset, allowing the next candidate to begin from the exact same state.

Candidates are not required to install any software. They simply connect to the desktop via a browser, which removes setup delays and hardware inconsistencies from the hiring process.
