Technical Interviews
Conducting technical interviews requires a standardized and controlled setting. Candidates operate within a pristine desktop environment, allowing interviewers to observe every action in real time, ensuring consistency across all sessions. DaDesktop provides this on-demand infrastructure, eliminating the need to provision physical hardware.
What the environment gives you
- Identical setup for every candidate: Everyone begins with the same toolkit and initial state, eliminating disparities caused by local machine configurations.
- Isolated from the candidate's own systems: The desktop operates as a segregated environment, ensuring candidates work exclusively within this controlled space.
- Reset between candidates: Each session can be cleared to start fresh, preventing any residual files or code from carrying over.
How it works
Every candidate is provisioned with a cloud desktop pre-loaded with the necessary tools, such as an editor, terminal, and browser. The interviewer monitors the session live. Once the interview concludes, the desktop is reset, ensuring the next candidate begins from an identical baseline.
Candidates are required to install no software. They simply access the desktop via a web browser, which removes setup delays and mitigates hardware-related variables in the process.
