DaDesktop can be supplied from a NobleProg Data Centre within Germany utilizing:

We only collect and use personal data to the degree necessary to deliver our services to you, or for the legitimate interests outlined in this privacy policy. It is crucial to understand that the hosting method you choose has a significant impact on how data is collected and stored.

 

NobleProg hosted public server

This setup runs within a NobleProg data centre (within Germany - GDPR compliant). It is a shared environment for NobleProg clients and can be accessed by NobleProg.

If you opt for a server located outside the EU, the applicable local laws will apply. Data belonging to UK-based customers remains stored in the UK.

 

NobleProg hosted private server

This service is hosted inside a NobleProg data centre (within Germany). It is a dedicated server for a single organisation, and no other entity will make use of the hardware.

Should you pick a server situated outside the EU, local law may govern.

 

 

On premise server

The server will be placed within the organisation’s own premises. The software is set up on that server, and all data stays entirely under the organisation’s control.

  • To use DaDesktop, you must register an account.
  • During account registration you will supply us with personal data such as your name, email address, username, and password.
  • This information is gathered because it is essential to grant you access to our services and to uphold their security.
  • We may employ your data to get in touch with you about your account.
  • Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active.
  • You are free to cancel your account at any time, and once you do, we erase your account data.

 

 

  • The client may choose between managing users themselves or asking NobleProg to handle user management.
  • The server can be encrypted so that NobleProg has no access whatsoever.

 

  • No data is gathered or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

 

Training Room Data (including cloud desktop activity and chat function)

  • All actions within the Training Room may be observed by the course instructor, training management, and our technical support team.
  • We carry out this monitoring so we can assign suitable data resources, help you resolve problems, allow the instructor and management to track training progress, and ensure adherence to our Terms of Service.
  • The terms of use forbid users from engaging in any personal activities, such as checking social media, performing financial transactions, or personal web searches.
  • The data is erased once the course has been officially marked as ‘finished’.

 

 

  • All data that is collected and stored is managed by the client.

 

 

  • NobleProg has no access.

 

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop may offer an integrated audio/video function.
  • This feature is delivered through NobleProg’s own infrastructure, rather than via third‑party software.
  • Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer and Participants) may be recorded for troubleshooting purposes. No audio data is captured. These recordings are erased 14 days after the course concludes. Only NobleProg administrators who hold SuperAdmin privileges can access these recordings.

 

  • All data collected and stored is under the client’s management.
  • Course Desktops and recordings may (when necessary) be captured for troubleshooting and other reasons (see Shared Server). The client bears responsibility for these recordings, and they are automatically removed after 14 days due to the auto‑delete process.

 

  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

  • Clients have the option to record the course desktop.
  • When the recording option is enabled, NobleProg stores the recording and it may be observed. The account holder decides when it should be deleted.
  • If the account is terminated, all relevant recordings are erased.

  • All data collected or stored is controlled by the client.

 

  • NobleProg has no access.

 

Technical Support

If you reach out for technical support, you will need to supply some personal details which may include your name, your employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason you require assistance. We use this support data to help resolve your issue and to gain insight into the types of challenges our users encounter. All technical support is handled internally by NobleProg.
