NobleProg hosted public server
This setup runs within a NobleProg data centre (within Germany - GDPR compliant). It is a shared environment for NobleProg clients and can be accessed by NobleProg.
If you opt for a server located outside the EU, the applicable local laws will apply. Data belonging to UK-based customers remains stored in the UK.
NobleProg hosted private server
This service is hosted inside a NobleProg data centre (within Germany). It is a dedicated server for a single organisation, and no other entity will make use of the hardware.
Should you pick a server situated outside the EU, local law may govern.
